Shipping policy

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are made with care and are generally dispatched within 10–12 working days. However, processing times may occasionally take longer depending on order volume, fabric availability, production requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you require your order by a specific date for an event, birthday, trip, or any other occasion, please contact our team before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your required timeline.

Please note that the dispatch timeline does not include the courier transit time.

Express Shipping 

Choosing Express Shipping does not mean your order will be dispatched earlier.

All orders, including express orders, are processed and dispatched within our standard processing timeline of 10–12 working days. Express Shipping only means that once your order has been dispatched, the courier delivery will be expedited.

If you need your order by a particular date, please contact our team before placing the order so we can advise you on the feasibility of the timeline.

Custom Orders 

Custom orders require additional time due to the personalised nature of each piece. Depending on the design, fabric, construction and level of customisation, custom orders may take 20–25 working days or longer to be completed.

Since each custom piece is made specifically for you, processing times can vary. If you have a specific date by which you need your custom order, please consult our team before placing the order so we can confirm the estimated timeline.

Partial COD 

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. A partial payment is required at the time of placing the order, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery. COD charges are applicable on your order.

Please note that the advance payment made towards a COD order is non-refundable in case of order refusal or failed delivery due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect/incomplete shipping details.
